About me
I am Florinda Marku an Albanian contemporary artist and art curator, now based in Italy. I studied Fine Arts at the University of Arts from 2011-2016. My focus is based on my everyday life and what surrounds me. People and their diversity attracts me, especially women. Women's world is an inspiration to many artists, including me. I am focused on depicting their problems, feelings, pain, tragic endings also. Many aspects of life are depicted on my paintings. I mainly refers to the technique of oil on canvas, but whenever I feel to express something more, I use other mediums/ techniques as well.
